Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do ship to all P.O. Boxes. Our system automatically will select the correct shipping options to get your order delivered to the right Post Office Box.
Where do I get my tracking number?
When you place an order, we immediately select the carrier that offers the best pricing and the fastest delivery. Tracking information may vary from USPS or UPS. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided when the order is placed. Moreover, if you do not receive the email or misplaced your tracking number, you can obtain the number from your account (having an account is necessary).
Depending on the country and the carrier used, the order will or will not have a tracking number. If you prefer to have a tracking number, please be sure to choose priority shipping when completing your order.
Note: On Average, it can take over 24 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the carriers. If tracking is not in the system, please wait 24 business hours from when it was shipped.
What to do if the order does not arrive when expected?
Most domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, and the expected arrival is within 2-5 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, and the delivery option. International shipment orders should arrive at your country’s customs office within 4-12 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, and the delivery option.
