Tape Providers aims to offer same-day shipping, ensuring our customers receive their products when needed. Most orders do not require a signature; However, signatures will be necessary on orders over $150 to protect and ensure delivery from loss. (additional charges may apply)

How are our shipping rates determined?

Shipping rates differ depending on the order's weight and the preferred method. We are transparent with our shipping charges.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

We ship to all P.O. Boxes. Our system automatically selects the correct shipping options to deliver your order to the right Post Office Box.

Where do I get my tracking number?

When you place an order, we immediately select the carrier that offers the best pricing and the fastest delivery. Tracking information may vary from USPS or UPS. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided when the order is placed. Moreover, if you do not receive the email or misplaced your tracking number, you can obtain the number from your account (having an account is necessary).

International Shipment

The order will or will not have a tracking number depending on the country and the carrier used. If you prefer to have a tracking number, please be sure to choose priority shipping when completing your order.

Note: On Average, it can take over 24 hours for the carriers to update the tracking numbers. If the tracking is not in the system, please wait 24 business hours from when it was shipped.

What should you do if the order does not arrive when expected?

Most domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, and the expected arrival is within 3-5 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, and the delivery option. International shipment orders should arrive at your country’s customs office within 4-12 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, and the delivery option.
