    2. When is my order coming? The delivery time varies based on location and shipping method:

    • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days (Note: Some materials require processing, affecting delivery time).
    • Other options: Transit time calculated at checkout. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but rest assured, we're committed to ensuring your order reaches you in optimal condition.

    3. Received wrong/damaged items. If you've encountered any discrepancies with your order, kindly provide your Order ID and photos of the damaged products. We understand the importance of getting this sorted for you swiftly and will process a replacement upon receiving the necessary details.

    4. Didn't receive my order, what's next? We acknowledge your concern regarding the non-receipt of your order. Please share your Order ID so that we can promptly track your order and provide you with the necessary updates.

    5. How can I return an item?
    We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please follow the steps below:

      Ensure the item is in brand-new condition, if applicable.

    2. Ship the Items to Our Facility:

    4. Shipping Fees and Restocking Fee:

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

    5. Refund or Credit Options:

      • Full Refund: Issued for items returned in brand-new condition (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees).
      • Store Credit: Opt for store credit equivalent to 100% of the product price.
      • Partial Refund: Keep the item and receive a refund of 30% of the product price.

    Once we receive the items and process your return, refunds are typically issued within 4–5 business days to the original payment method. Store credits are applied immediately upon return processing.

    6. How can I cancel my order? If you've decided to cancel your order, please provide your Order ID along with the reason for cancellation. For orders not yet shipped, we'll issue a full replacement upon understanding the issue. If the order has already been dispatched, return the item(s) to:
