DCUHB Ultra High Bond Double Coated Acrylic Tape is a structural-grade bonding tape made with a solid acrylic polymer core and coated on both sides with a uniform high-tack acrylic adhesive. It provides a strong, permanent bond between a wide variety of substrates, including glass, select plastics, composites, sealed wood, metals, and painted metals.

This tape is designed for demanding industrial and structural assembly applications where mechanical fasteners such as welding, rivets, bolts, screws, and liquid cementing may be replaced. Its solid acrylic core offers superior strength while remaining flexible, moldable, compressible, and conformable to intricate shapes.

DC-UHB is available in two thickness options: DCUHB25, 25 mil x 72 yards, for thinner structural bond lines and strong metal-to-metal bonding, and DCUHB45, 45 mil x 36 yards, for applications requiring greater cushioning, vibration dampening, and conformability.
