DCATUHB Ultra High Bond Acrylic Tape is a structural-grade, water-clear solid acrylic bonding tape designed to create strong, permanent bonds between a wide variety of substrates. Its flexible, moldable, and compressible acrylic adhesive system provides excellent holding power while conforming to smooth, clean, dry, non-porous surfaces.
This tape is ideal for bonding glass, aluminum, stainless steel, painted metal, plastics, and other clear or rigid materials where a strong and clean-looking bond is required. It is commonly used as an alternative to mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, spot welds, and liquid adhesives.
DCATUHB is available in two thickness options: DCATUHB10, 10 mil x 60 yards, for thinner bond lines and smooth surface applications, and AT-UHB40, 40 mil x 36 yards, for applications requiring greater conformability, cushioning, and gap-filling performance.

Application Tips
- Apply only to clean, dry, oil-free, and non-porous surfaces.
- Avoid touching or contaminating the adhesive after removing the release liner.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the full bonding area for maximum contact.
- Allow proper dwell time for the adhesive to reach maximum bond strength.
