Tape Providers goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with the items purchased and your experience with TapeProviders.com. Depending on the product, the condition, and the reason there are numerous options available.
- If your item is unused and in the condition they were received a refund can be issued by the same form of payment used or by store credit towards your account. However, any the refund issued will be for the price of the item(s) only it does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery and depending on the product a restocking fee will be applied.
- If the item(s) you receive is damaged during shipment a picture of the package and item(s) will be needed to support the claim. Depending on the information you provide it is our decision to either confirm or denied what you have stated. If the case goes in your favor you can choose to obtain a refund or to obtain a second shipment of the goods order.
- If the package you receive has merchandise which is not what was ordered a return label will be issued and the correct merchandise will be shipped. If the item(s) you would like to return exceeds 30 days from the day it was delivered, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
In order, to start your process of any type of return, please contact our Customer Service. Name, order number and the reason for the return are questions that will be ask.
Once we have received the merchandise and the return has been processed, we will immediately issue the refund or the in-store credit to your account.
When you are given a refund, the average processing time is within 4-5 business days and goes directly into the payment account used for the original purchase. Depending on the payment method used the processing time can vary.
