RETURNS POLICIES

Tape Provider's goal is for our customers to be delighted with the items purchased and your experience with TapeProviders.com. Four options are available depending on the product, the condition, and the reason.

  • Within 30 days of delivery, a full refund will be issued if the items are in brand new condition. However, any refund will only be for the price of the item(s). It does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery; a restocking fee will be applied depending on the product.
  • If the item(s) you receive is(are) damaged during shipment, a picture of the package and item(s) will be needed to support the claim. We decide to either confirm or deny what you have stated, depending on the information you provide. If the case goes in your favor, you can either choose to obtain a replacement of the item(s) ordered or receive a full refund.
  • If the package you receive has merchandise that is not what was ordered, a return label will be issued, and the correct merchandise will be shipped. If the item(s) you would like to return exceeds 30 days from the day, it was delivered, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • For custom orders, we will only issue a refund if there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake made by Tape Providers.

Once we have received the merchandise and the return has been processed, we will immediately issue the refund or the in-store credit to your account.

When you are given a refund, the average processing time is within 4-5 business days and goes directly into the payment account used for the original purchase. Depending on the payment method used, the processing time can vary.
